5. Resort Hotels
Resort hotels are built with the aim of providing the guest rest and relaxation in an atmosphere of informality. Usually located near areas of natural beauty, resorts are classified as summer resorts, winter resorts, hill resorts, all season resorts and health resorts.

6. Commercial Hotels
These hotels are targeted to people who are visiting a place for commercial or business purpose. These are located in important commercial and business centres of large cities.
